Of the and only 2 kg can be utilised. i.e., only 2 kg of the flash gets into the middle layer. The rest cannot be reused. Hence the blow moulding machine manufacturer introduces additional layer / extruder to accommodate the excess plastic generated. Whereas in IFC blow moulding machines the flash generated is only 3.5 kg and it is entirely consumed in the middle layer. Hence additional layers are not necessary.
